About The UPS Store
The UPS Store offers packing, shipping, printing, mailbox services, notary, shredding, and faxing. It is locally owned and operated. The location is convenient and reliable, though the parking lot can be a bit frustrating. The staff is consistently friendly, efficient, helpful, caring, patient, and kind. They are expert and responsive, trying not to keep people waiting too long. Associates are quick to assist, making the process quick and easy. Customers report wonderful experiences and note they are usually in and out in no time. A common service is Amazon returns. The staff efficiently handles these, but they are only the middle man for Amazon. They fill boxes that are shipped to a warehouse for sorting, so they cannot track a package's final arrival. Customers appreciate their helpful explanations of this process.
