“Gap Factory is a great place to shop! The quality of their clothes really holds up, I still wear a pair of summer pants I bought over 8 years ago and they’re just as good. “Lost the pants of my suit 2 hours before a wedding, ran into this store. Ms. Courtney and Ms. Megan were fantastic! Couldn’t find the right grey to match my suit so she found a nice blue pair on sale that went with my tie and my girlfriend’s dress. They were fast, funny, and helped me out as much as possible.
Both of these women were fantastic and deserve a raise. I’ll be shopping here again to acquire the rest of this blue set because I think it looks quite sharp. My girlfriend loves it.

“This was my first time visiting a Michael Kors outlet and I had an amazing experience. Store was very clean and nicely organized. Shortly after I arrived and was browsing, I was greeted by a nice lady named Miroslava. Told her I was shopping for a purse and was just taking my time looking. She explained that there was a current promotion going on that if I bought a wallet and a purse together, it would be 20% off, so I was super excited. As I continue to look, I ended up with two purses in my hand debating on which one to get and was looking for a wallet, she let me know that I could actually get both purses for 20% off with the wallet purchase and that it was a 3 item max with the discount so I decided to get both purses. She also helped me decide on the wallet since I was also torn between two. She pointed out how one was a softer leather, and the other one was a harder so that would last longer. They had a large selection of purses and wallets and they also had some very nice clearance items so I ended up getting a book bag for a great deal as well. They had a selection of clothes items also but I didn’t take the time to look at it. When I was ready for checkout Mirsolava rang me up then headed to the back to grab brand new merchandise that had never been opened from original packaging. I was excited since I got products that had never been handled from other customers before. I came home and unwrapped everything and everything is beautiful. I’m super excited about my purchases and will definitely be back to visit again, I look forward to being assisted by Mirsolava again I appreciated her attentive customer service, and recommendations. Thank you so much for a great experience.”

“This place is awesome, so unexpected in Williamsburg. We were able to find exactly what we needed to accessorize a prom outfit, and they nailed it. We were able to try everything on, too! And they have a load of stuff in the back in the warehouse, too. So you might want to call ahead!”

“Went on 8/19 to Williamsburg location to return some items I had ordered online.
The experience was excellent and showed me that real old fashioned customer service still exists.I was greeted when I came into the store. The return process was very efficient. I was educated about how to translate Chico’s sizes to the size numbers that are usually in retail stores. Chico’s has expanded its sizes with more availability in larger sizes. It is my plan to return there in person when my family member comes to visit so she can try on clothes vs. ordering online.
There are dressing rooms available. The outlet mall was very busy on a Sunday with school starting soon . I was able to get a parking space close by. The prices were excellent with a wide variety of merchandise and sizes.”

After reading my review, the store owner requested that I give her a call and allow her a chance to correct what had happened. After speaking to a store manager, as well as receiving a call from the owner, Ms. Fenton, I can attest that these ladies take customer service and satisfaction very seriously and they take pride in their life's work. “I visited this weekend on Saturday, 10/8 from Richmond and cannot say enough good things about the store/associates. With things the way they've been through the pandemic, I am amazed at the neatness of the store as well as the full inventory. They even called another store to find an item and ship it to my home. I will drive 45 minutes with no regrets to be able to browse neat stores with kind staff over staying local and being told to "look online." Although, due to the full inventory and kind associates, I spend waaaayyyy toooo much money:)”
