“Today miss Yasmine(hope I spelled correctly) was phenomenal to work with. She was very helpful and very polite, My son got upset in the store and out of nowhere she appeared bring smiles to my kids and catering to their interests asking what kind of stuff they like and showing them stuff in the store to theyre liking. Her customer service skills were amongst some of the most amazing I have seen in a longtime especially in this newer generation. Yasmine if you read this thankyou and many blessings ?”

“Amazing crew providing phenomenal customer service. They do have a pretty good stock on hand, plenty of Carhart Options. I would love to see them with a large variety of Ariat Jeans especially the M4’s and M7’s, especially since there really isn’t alot of places with a good Ariat Section even though they are tried and true. They have a very nice selection of Steel Toe & Composite Toe cowboy boots and other styles. If they carried non-steal Toe Ariats then this would be the only place that I would purchase boots from for work and life. Overall very good spot.”

“Stopped in today to casually shop for some flip-flops, and I got a good number of the ones I wanted. Some were still missing, so I was able to grab the attention of a Ross Employee, Michelle. Not only was she an absolute sweetie, but she was insightful, provided perspective, and made me feel confident in my purchase, and furthermore! Much obliged once more Michelle, Ross Dress for Less Staff, and more.”

“I have been shopping at Penny’s since I was a little girl with my mom because she loved it and I am now 54 and it’s pretty much my go too for clothes, shoes, purses, a little bit of everything. I have loved the Newport News location for years. There are very few things I could even complain about. My biggest complaint is I really like to shop on my app pay for my stuff and just pick it up at the store but the last year I have had the problem that 80% of what’s on the app is not available for pick up in the store and that is disappointing. Other than that 5 stars for me.”
