“I have been shopping at Penny’s since I was a little girl with my mom because she loved it and I am now 54 and it’s pretty much my go too for clothes, shoes, purses, a little bit of everything. I have loved the Newport News location for years. There are very few things I could even complain about. My biggest complaint is I really like to shop on my app pay for my stuff and just pick it up at the store but the last year I have had the problem that 80% of what’s on the app is not available for pick up in the store and that is disappointing. Other than that 5 stars for me.”
“Amazing crew providing phenomenal customer service. They do have a pretty good stock on hand, plenty of Carhart Options. I would love to see them with a large variety of Ariat Jeans especially the M4’s and M7’s, especially since there really isn’t alot of places with a good Ariat Section even though they are tried and true. They have a very nice selection of Steel Toe & Composite Toe cowboy boots and other styles. If they carried non-steal Toe Ariats then this would be the only place that I would purchase boots from for work and life. Overall very good spot.”
