“I had a fantastic experience at this Books-A-Million. The store is well-organized and has a great atmosphere, but the customer service is what really sets it apart. I was looking for a specific title that I couldn't find on the shelves, and a staff member went above and beyond to help me. Not only did they locate the book in the back, but they also took the time to chat with me about similar authors and gave me a couple of brilliant recommendations that I’m already halfway through. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely passionate and knowledgeable about what they do.
