Candlewood Suites Winchester offers spacious, large rooms that function as a home away from home, with full kitchens and comfortable beds. The staff is pleasant and provides great customer service. However, the hotel suffers from a bad pet odor throughout, with issues like dog urine in the elevator and dander everywhere, which some find disgusting. While common areas like the fitness center are nice, some furnishings appear rank. The location is convenient, right off the highway near various amenities. Noise from other guests can occasionally be an issue.
Really nice hotel! The room was spacious and featured a full kitchen. Everything was exceptionally clean, from the well-made beds to the spotless bathroom. The shower worked great, too, with excellent water pressure and temperature. Highly recommend!

Elevator out of order, should have been posted BEFORE I reserve, not after, the hotel should have given discount for this inconvenience, room ok, AC old smelly, should have been cleaned, and the bathtub is very old used, otherwise OK

Good value but the thermostat beeped every time the HVAC unit turn off... All night.
