The staff is consistently described as fantastic, friendly, helpful, polite, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. Members feel supported whether they are new to fitness or training for an event, with many achieving their personal goals. The environment is recommended for anyone seeking a great workout.
Nice gym with plenty of equipment, a swimming pool, a hot tub, and a sauna. There are options for the entire family, even childcare. Need a personal trainer to help you meet your goals, hold you accountable, and push you? I highly recommend Josh Miller.

Clean, organized, spacious, multiples of your favorite equipment available so you always have at least one unoccupied machine for you to use. The sauna, swimming pool and the theater room are my favorite to go to spots
