“Vintage Iron of Winchester is hands down one of the best gyms in Virginia. Will, the owner, has built a fantastic community with impressive, top-tier, hand-selected equipment — massively important for anyone serious about their training. He's traveled all around the country to source top gym equipment brands like Prime Fitness, Panatta, Atlantis Strength, Watson, and many more. His members are extremely lucky to have an owner who truly cares about the environment he's building. As a gym owner and personal trainer myself, I highly recommend Vintage Iron. If you're serious about your training, this is the spot!”

“Five well-deserved stars for Orangetheory. I can’t rave enough about how wonderful Orangetheory Winchester has been. The coaches have been phenomenal! Each class is designed as a group, but you truly feel like you’re getting a one-on-one personal training experience. These coaches are well-trained and highly motivational. They have helped me push myself to personal bests and have even assisted me with modifications when needed. Not to mention, they’ve also helped me with my nutritional goals, teaching me how to stay on track. The facility is always clean, and the coaches are always there to help you.If you’re looking for a community of people who love fitness, you’ve found it here. You sign up for a great workout, but you get so much more.”

“When I walked in a staff member was cleaning the glass doors and equipment. I scanned my code and locked my bag in the lockers. The place was full, so I had to wait to use a few pieces of equipment. Some people didn't wipe down when they were done, they just left, so the employee kept running around cleaning up after people before someone would claim the equipment. The AC was on and was felt most standing along the back wall. Took a nice hot shower and went to the front to get a hydrobed but no one was around so I ended up leaving without using my black card perks. The massage is always nice afterwards, but getting to park my semi truck to exercise properly makes up for it.”

“I recently retired and had never been a member of a fitness center, so I was very anxious about starting a new fitness routine. To say I was nervous about simply walking through the front door is an understatement. Fortunately, those worries didn’t last long. From day one, Alonso made me feel welcome. He took the time to give me a tour of the facility, answer my questions, and help me feel comfortable. He also connected me with Todd, a trainer who met with me a few days later for an assessment and introduction to the equipment. Todd was extremely understanding and helped me develop an approach that fit my needs while easing many of my concerns about going to a gym. The facility is always clean, and the staff is consistently friendly and welcoming. I’ve been coming a couple of times a week for several months now, and I don’t even think twice about walking through the front door anymore. No matter your fitness level, I believe you can find a place to fit in at Onelife. The hardest part of getting started is simply making the drive over and walking in the door. Once you do, you'll find a supportive environment that makes the journey much easier.”
