“I had avoided this place due to previous owner and reviews, but thought that I should give the new owner a chance. I had a firearm shipped to the store and the same day it arrived, I received a call from them. The gentleman was polite over the phone, and said I could come by whenever I had a chance. When I went to pick up my item, again the person behind the counter greeted me and asked how he could help me. Paperwork was filed and he asked if I needed anything else. I grabbed a few more items and was on my way. Nice shop, glad I decided to give them a chance, will be back.”

“On our trips to Winchester we have passed the shop many a time wishing that we had a minute to stop. Well we did. The gun shop is great the staff are friendly and well versed in modern and older weapons. They only sell modern though. They do have a gun range call for time and recent prices. They do offer classes. I really didn't see prices so I would call or look on the website. Everything you need is located in the store. If they don't have it they can order most everything. They even had left handed guns. That was a pleasant surprise. I plan on visiting more often and making time to stop.”

“I drove 3.5 hours to this store for a pair of snow boots that I had requested be put on hold for me. Upon arrival, there was a bit of confusion about what was on hold and what was supposed to be on hold. The manager working was extremely kind and accommodating. He corrected the mistake and was very apologetic. I would absolutely recommend this store to anyone. I had a wonderful shopping experience. This manager also took the time to help look for other items requested and when unable to answer a question about an item he took the time to look up information requested and find an answer. Again, I highly recommend this store and the employees working there.”
