“Exceptional customer service. I have wide feet and more inflammation lately. I'm also not a runner, but the sales associate (Chance) quickly saw that I would do best in men's sizes. He was the most helpful associate I've ever encountered in a shoe store. I am usually indecisive and can't always tell whether a shoe fits well, but Chance had me walk around so he could watch my stride, and he could tell whether a shoe was right the moment I put it on. I walked away with two shoes -- one for the gym (more stability) & one for walking (more cushion).

A couple years back, my Altra shoes tore through within a couple months (due to my wide feet), and while their return policy didn't allow for a return, they went out of their way to contact the company and ship me another shoe at no cost.”

“So I got this mountain bike for a christmas or a birthday gift, and it was used. The back tire was all the way worn out and the front tire was questionable. I just randomly chose a bike shop in Winchester, and it happened to be this one. I spoke to a gentleman named John who explained to me that just because I was replacing the back tire, did not necessarily mean, I had to replace the front tire, and that he would take a look at it when I brought it up. So I drove an hour to meet this gentleman and he was honest, open and knowledgeable and friendly. I bought a new tire, he put it on and I drove back home. A day later, when I went to ride my bike, the tire was flat, and I called and spoke with John, who explained to me that if I brought it back, he would do good on it. So the next Saturday, I brought it back, dropped it off and headed home. A long drive home! Once I got home, John called me and explained to me that the tire being flat was nothing that I did and that actually it was his fault. He explained that during installation, there was an error on his part and he explained that he was happy to fix this situation at no cost to me.
I am overwhelmed at the integrity, sincerity, and overall professionalism of not only John, but everyone else I met that day in the shop. Today I went back to pick up my bike and met the owner Josh and shared my experience with him; I also explained that from this point on, there is no other bike shop in Winchester That will get my dedication as a loyal customer. Thank you guys for your integrity and improfessionalism; I will definitely see you soon!”

“The staff in this store is always super kind and on top of things. They're not just nice to customers either—they seem like they're enjoying each other's company too, which always makes me feel more at ease as a retail worker myself.

The clothes are also an excellent quality, I get all my jeans from AE and some of my favorite tees and sweaters! They last forEVER and don't make my sensitive skin act up, please never change AE!!”

“I had avoided this place due to previous owner and reviews, but thought that I should give the new owner a chance. I had a firearm shipped to the store and the same day it arrived, I received a call from them. The gentleman was polite over the phone, and said I could come by whenever I had a chance. When I went to pick up my item, again the person behind the counter greeted me and asked how he could help me. Paperwork was filed and he asked if I needed anything else. I grabbed a few more items and was on my way. Nice shop, glad I decided to give them a chance, will be back.”

“I drove 3.5 hours to this store for a pair of snow boots that I had requested be put on hold for me. Upon arrival, there was a bit of confusion about what was on hold and what was supposed to be on hold. The manager working was extremely kind and accommodating. He corrected the mistake and was very apologetic. I would absolutely recommend this store to anyone. I had a wonderful shopping experience. This manager also took the time to help look for other items requested and when unable to answer a question about an item he took the time to look up information requested and find an answer. Again, I highly recommend this store and the employees working there.”
