Load was dropped off in the middle of the Driveway. Blocking the access. Called The Home Depot to let them know about this and they did not want to take any responsibility of it. They told me that this was delivered by a 3rd party. A 3rd party that they hired.

Do not deal with Home Depot, customer service is negative, they only want your money. After multiple attempts to correct a defective item nothing from HD.

Placed an online order on Sat. for pick up. My plan was to pick it up first thing Sunday morning before church. We arrived prior to 8 am and waited for the store to open. We were then directed to the Pro section where my order would be brought out. All of the hardware I ordered was just placed on the bags of concrete and not in a shopping bag. My 4" x 6" x 12' lumber was not brought out, so I asked about it. The store member said he would go get it. I then realized I had not received my poat hole digger either, so I went back inside. The team member said "here is your lumber, I will go get the post hole digger." I told him this lumber was not correct as it was 4x6x8 and not 12' long. He told me it was around the side of the building and to go load it myself. 4x6x12 preasure treated lumber is heavy and my wife struggled to help me load it, but we got it done. All in all, the delay cost me an extra 20 mins or so and we were nearly late to church. C'mon Home Depot. You can do better than that. ?

Difficult shopping experience. Too busy stocking shelves with the fork lifts, many isles blocked off making it more difficult for customers to shop. Couldn’t be bothered to move a cart from in front of the register so we could check out. The clerk watched us navigate two full carts around it. She then didn’t give us our bag upon checking out. Thank goodness we remembered before leaving so we could go back in to get it. Only to be met with two other clerks that didn’t seem bothered to assist. Please do better.

Bought 10 bags of mulch, no one around to load it for us, we even asked her, yes someone one would load it for us, we got tired of waiting and loaded it our selves, we are in our 70s this stuff is heavy

They have a great garden section during the spring. There are a lot of different plants to choose from. They are not cheap.

If you need help, Jimmy is the one to go to! Best customer service, and really knows his stuff. He actually takes you where you need to go rather than just pointing in a direction. Definitely goes out of his way to make customers happy.

Horrible customer service! My husband stopped by today in the morning to get a color match the customer service representative Barbara in the paint section was super rude and unwilling to help him. My husband felt disrespected the way this person talked to him.
We have purchased multiple times from Home Depot we usually go to the Leesburg Home Depot they are super nice there and know who we are and how much we spend yearly at home depot. This person needs to be addressed for the way that she treats her customers.

Visited this Home Depot location on March 7th, 2024 to request an estimate for an exterior front door project. Wanted to take out my existing single front door and side lights and replace with a set of exterior double doors with "six lights" in each door. There were no employees in the door department. Found an employee in the lumber department and he directed me to the ProDesk, where after extensive discussion describing the door project and much confusion by the ProDesk "pros" regarding the data input for the estimate schedule, I finally paid the required $40.00 for someone to visit my home to measure for and discuss the parameters of the project. That visit took place about a week plus after I initially visited the store and I was told that the measurements would be given to the door department and I would then be called to make final selections to start the project. As of today, April 21st, 2024, STILL no responses, followup or appointment to move forward with the project. So, now I have had to engage the services of another contractor and use this post as the only other means of communication to reach Home Depot to request the return of the $40.00 deposit due to services unrendered.

Fast friendly helpful staff. Came in to pick up a lawnmower I ordered online for curbside pickup. Lawnmower was pulled and by the door ready for me when I arrived. Customer service was helpful right away with assisting me and even sent someone out to help me load it into my vehicle. I was able to get in and out quickly without waiting on a Sunday morning. Great customer service! Will return for more items this summer. Thanks to the entire staff and their help. The store was clean and organized. Nice to see a well run store.
