The representative at the customer service dest where not very helpful or responsive, however I found a gentleman in the flooring department and he jumped right up and helped me find the perfect lawnmower....10 out of 10 for that guy!

Rich is the best there. I’ve been in twice recently and lucked into him working in both of the different sections I needed to go to each time. He is very knowledgeable and helped me out a ton.
