“On 11/2, the wifi went down in the store, so credit cards could not be taken. My cashier was able to suspend my transaction while I went to the bank and came back with cash. She was very helpful and recognized me when I came back in. She didn't make me wait in line for a second time and had another cashier help me right away. When leaving I was just about done unloading my cart when the young man gathering the carts asked if he could take my cart for me. All the employees were so helpful during a situation that was not ideal.”

“Chad is the manager at the Kernstown Va location and is going through a huge mess where Tyler an employee messed up a lot of accounts. Chad has been awesome helping me with my account. When you come in and Chad tells you he will do his best, he will he has been helping me, and still is due to the huge error that was made by I call terrible T’s.
When you come in don’t yell, call names, accuse him, understand if you come in be patient and understanding Chad will help you. Remember Chad did not cause your account mess the two T’s that no longer work there did this to you. Remember Sprint and T-Mobile were merging during some of these issues.
Take a minute and think what Chad is going through trying to get all those accounts fixed. Chad will tell you are not the only one. Chad has over 8 years and these two ruined this place but Chad is doing his best to turn it back around. So when you walk in be patient, have some respect, talk to Chad, and give him a chance to figure it out. Thanks Chad for your constant help with my account.
