“They always have a good selection of pets and pet accessories. From reptiles to fish to rabbits, they have a nice variety of all kinds of pets. Highly recommend.”
“Great service. I order pick up. I just pull up in front and give them a call, and they load up my truck. They do not accept tips.
Customer service is exceptional.
Value is good.
Love to shop here for my horses, dogs and cats.”
“I am the proud owner of an African Grey parrot Chloe, whom I love very much! I feed her only the best Harrison’s Lifetime Coarse bird food and Nutriberri treats. I have been a customer of The BirdSafe Store for many years. The food is always in stock and is reasonably priced. Owner Joe Aborgast is always very helpful, if I have any questions or concerns. Will only purchase my bird food from this store.”
“i really enjoy this boutique and the amount of options they have for toys, treats and accessories, especially for cats! i am so used to pet stores lacking in the cat section but posh pets has so many options and a great variety of items for my kitties. they also have tons of pet themed decor and gifts to pick from and i always have to keep myself from buying all of the cat themed stuff 😺
when i was struggling to pick out a new food for my cats, the owner was so nice and helped me narrow it down between two bags from the same brand based off of the needs of my cats. one of my cats loves food while the other could care much less and this has led to one cat being slighlty overweight while the other was slightly if not more underweight than my other cat. i ended up going with the food that had less fat compared to the other bag since i have special automatic feeders that would let me give each cat less or more for their own diets without worrying about either cat stealing the other cats food😺 i got so overwhelmed about everything else, i completely missed the fat content and i am so glad i got the information i needed to make my decision!”
“Fantastic, top notch customer service from the manager, Lauren! She's such a great asset to this company. She was so helpful helping us select the right starter fish for our young daughter. Thank you Lauren, you made our experience at Petco 5-stars!!!!”
“Was glad they were able to get us in. It was upsetting that we had to repeat a test because a previously contracted vet did not relay accurate information about timeline for filling a script. Great service, but be cautious and make sure they provide ALL information so you don’t end up paying a surprise $100 for tests.”
“TSC is our go to for all the animal needs...from dog food to chicken feed. The staff is always friendly and they are very willing to assist in any way possible!”
“What can I say, it’s a chain, so there are just some things beyond their control. Overall selection is good, and there are items that you can’t get at other locations. Their grooming was exceptionally good this time around. I chalk that up to a visiting groomer from southern VA. She really did a great job with a great attitude.”
“They had exactly what I wanted. I bought a harness for my dog. The employee told me if it didn't fit I could bring it back and exchange it and I did the next day. It was seemless and easy.”

“My experience at Puppy City was a very pleasant and the clerk that greeted me was very polite and friendly also was very knowledgeable was able to answer all of our questions about each dog breed. The puppies there were very well taken care of. We ended up purchasing our Yorkie and we are very happy with our choice. We would like to thank Elisabeth for helping us with all of her knowledge about each breed of dog”
