“Great service. I order pick up. I just pull up in front and give them a call, and they load up my truck. They do not accept tips. Customer service is exceptional. Value is good. Love to shop here for my horses, dogs and cats.”

“I had to make an incredible shoutout for several employees at this tractor supply in Winchester. Their customer service has been above and beyond and really made it easier for myself to bring my two pitties in for their pet washes. My girls are both rescues and are so skiddish but with the effort of these employees and staff at this location they open up and warm up so quickly. Some specific names to mention: Tyler Hawes who spent multiple times helping my dogs out and gave them the chance to really have positive experiences in public. He has remembered us each time we go in there and my girls LOVE him! There was another Tyler C., who spent a bit of time to ensure my girls felt safe and welcome!!! Mabel and Cookie seem each time we go to have a better and better experience with each of the staff. The ladies at checkout are also incredible and always be sure to treat my girls with such love and respect! I will be speaking about them to everyone! Please show these employees a friendly greeting they deserve it!”

“Lowes provided me with a replacement mower deck belt that broke on my brand new John Deere S180 after only 9.3 hours of use. The Manager was very helpful and went beyond my expectations to fix the problem. I believe the old belt was defective from the factory and was in no way Lowes fault. Thanks again for this and the way you treat our Country's Veterans 🇺🇸”

“I needed to have 4,000 lb of concrete delivered to a job site right in Winchester. Both Reagan and Bridget ensured this happened and in an extremely efficient and communicative fashion. They made sure they coordinated with the delivery driver and the order was processed properly. Great job and your diligence helped me shine in the eyes of my boss!”
