“The pharmacy staff at this location are knowledgeable and kind. I’ve never had a bad experience and I’ve been using this pharmacy for years. My toddler loves going in to pick up our prescription and they often give him a lollipop. They’ve always answered any questions I have, and they go out of their way to help me get my prescriptions filled when there’s an issue. I’ve been in line behind rude, belligerent customers in the past, and the staff are always incredibly professional in those situations.”

My daughter is getting married in 30 days and her mom my ex wife passed away recently, my wife and I are moving in few months also so I have been really on edge and stressed! Talked to Linda in the pharmacy she was incredible! She guided me over to section for anxiety and stress relief. She took time to search product on her phone to see side effects and ingredients , she even took time to talk to me about family! Incredible customer service! Linda rocks!!”

“Usually is lowest price for practically everything. I especially like the gas prices, sometimes as much as $.25 per gallon cheaper than most gas stations. Tip: Tues-Wed-Thurs are the best time to come, especially before 11am. Tip: always ask for a box to load the food into as they don't offer grocery bags .”

“I admit that the service leaves a lot to be desired! But blame the corporate CVS. if there were enough people to answer all the phone calls, fill the RXs, give needed assistance to customers, give shots, talk to the Doctors, need I say more. Corporate persons just keep adding more responsibilities and hiring competent people is almost impossible. I've been a customer for many years and yes, I get infuriated. Instead of doing nothing except voicing disapproval CALL C V S HEADQUARTERS AND TELL THEM IT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. !!! Nobody wants to work understaffed.”
“This is my GO TO pharmacy. I have seen tremendous improvements over the last couple years. The staff is wonderful, their service time is much better (meaning shorter lines) and even if they don't have my prescription I get a text alert so I am always in the loop on what is happening. My only suggestion would be not to just text me when they need to be refilled, but to text me when they are going to expire (since I don't always check the bottles).”

I want to give a BIG shout out to Sharon and Pam, they were extremely helpful and kind in figuring out an issue with one of my meds that I really needed, this is my local pharmacy that I always go to and these two ladies are always kind and ready to help. “I came to this pharmacy location by accident to pick up prescriptions that my doctor had sent to a different location. I was in line behind someone from the hospital who had come over to pick up prescriptions. He was extremely rude, cussing out the pharmacy tech bc they didn’t have his prescription yet. I suspect that this is a very common occurrence because they are right across from the hospital, and that these pharmacy technicians have a more difficult job than most. The calm, courteous way in which the employees handled the situation really impressed me. They were very kind when they were looking for my prescriptions in their system and directed me which location to go to.”

“I cannot say enough about the support I have received from the staff at this CVS. I literally use it like a convenience store because not only do I get all of the CVS Extra care bonuses, but I love the customer service.
The female staff is always jovial and a joy to work with. They are pleasant, professional and courteous.
Seth and Ryan, two male employees at the pharmacy, never fail in making me feel accepted, human and welcomed. As someone who has numerous psych and health issues, they offer the appropriate amount of humor and education that I need to assure that I maintain use of my medications to keep me a contributing member of society. There is no other pharmacy in my 42 years of life that has ever taken care of my family to such an extent. They are even stellar at assuring I know contraindications with my medications. I never fear the medications I am prescribed because they are able to answer any questions have efficiently and effectively.
Seth, in particular, has gone above and beyond with applying coupons for medications that treat my ocular allergies and dry eye disorder.
Simply put.. if you expect perfection regarding your medication interactions and education, this team at Senseny is HANDS DOWN the best team you could ask for.”
