Walgreens, a popular pharmacy and retail chain, is praised for its exceptional customer service, clean environment, and convenient features. The staff, particularly the pharmacists, are noted for their professionalism and dedication in assisting customers. The Walgreens stores in Winchester are highlighted as standout locations. The store on Jubal Early is described as busy and overwhelming, but the pharmacists there are commended for their attentiveness and willingness to answer questions, despite the long wait times. In contrast, the Walgreens on Amherst Street is praised for its quick and efficient service when filling prescriptions. Customers appreciate the wide variety of products available at Walgreens, though some note that the prices may be higher than at other stores. The large parking lots and drive-through pharmacy services are also highlighted as convenient features. Overall, Walgreens is portrayed as a reliable and customer-focused business, with friendly and knowledgeable staff who go the extra mile to provide a positive experience, particularly at the Winchester locations.
I use the store and the pharmacy. The people who work here are always friendly and make you feel like a valued customer

I arrived at 2:45pm for a 3pm vaccination appointment, checked-in with the employee at the counter shortly after my arrival. I ended up leaving at 3:50pm without being seen and other patients who arrived after me were seen. Incredibly frustrating experience. I’ll go to Costco for any vaccines from here on out.
