“I've been to the Winchester location twice now and will need to continue doing so into the indefinite future. Living in rural WV, the options for IV infusions of Vyepti are limited at best. The nurses are fantastic and very personable! I've never had to do IV infusions before now, so I don't have anything to compare the experience to in that regard, but they make the process very easy.Valley Vital Care as a whole has made the process that much easier. They have worked directly with both my neurologist and the insurance company so all I've had to do was schedule my appointments and show up!I whole-heartedly recommend Valley Vital Care!!”

“I always get great service at this Martins. I do not appreciate the loud 80s music though. Really don’t need to hear Thin Lizzy while I’m grocery shopping. Atmosphere would be better if the grocery wasn’t trying to be a throwback bar. So much good music that could make a customer’s shopping experience more relaxing, it’s a shame. It’s the one thing I dread about going there.”

“Usually is lowest price for practically everything. I especially like the gas prices, sometimes as much as $.25 per gallon cheaper than most gas stations. Tip: Tues-Wed-Thurs are the best time to come, especially before 11am. Tip: always ask for a box to load the food into as they don't offer grocery bags .”
“This is my GO TO pharmacy. I have seen tremendous improvements over the last couple years. The staff is wonderful, their service time is much better (meaning shorter lines) and even if they don't have my prescription I get a text alert so I am always in the loop on what is happening. My only suggestion would be not to just text me when they need to be refilled, but to text me when they are going to expire (since I don't always check the bottles).”

“I've been going to this location for a little over a year now. Prior to this, I was with them for a few years or so until my medication was on back order and I was forced to go elsewhere. I just wanted to take a moment to thank the pharmacy staff here. You guys are always super nice to me, and I appreciate it more than you know. I'm sure your job isn't the easiest and can be stressful at times especially being a bit understaffed recently it seems.
I just wanted to take a moment to let you know that you're appreciated!
A little backstory on my recent struggles and why I'm especially appreciative of the staff here:
I've had a really tough time dealing with inconsistent quality of my medications especially over the last 2 years or so which has been incredibly stressful and debilitating for me at times. Especially when I was so used to my meds consistently working and helping me function for 8 plus years only to have intense side effects all of a sudden one day, to having them feel completely ineffective the next. After lots of research I discovered I'm not the only one being affected by this recent decrease in quality and it wasn't all in my head.
The fact that Mishal has always been very understanding and patient with me when I have any questions about certain brands of generics is a relief. Because there IS a difference in how certain ones affect me and its nice to have someone on the other end of things who actually believes this. He doesn't pass judgement and it made my transition from different brands of my medications over the last few months much easier. It helps to not feel like I'm being a burden. I'm just trying to establish some sense of normalcy in my life again. I'm still not feeling 100%, but I've been doing my best to navigate my day to day.
Jamie (I think this is how you spell her name) is also incredibly sweet and the fact that she actually goes out of her way to say hi to me when I come in even if I'm not being helped by her makes my day.
All of the other staff at this location have also been very nice to me overall!
Anyone coming to visit this location to pick up meds: be patient when they're busy. They're trying their best with what resources they have. Kindness goes a long way with these people, for sure. You get what you give.”
