“I'd love to give you all 5 stars because the staff on site is professional and very nice but the truck I was given was absolutely a disgrace. There was a snafu with our reservation and it was taken care of but the truck I was given to drive to Iowa was a complete disaster. Mechanical issues that had to be fixed and dirty. I spent 2 hrs cleaning it myself before having to drive it. The mechanics took care of the safety issues so it's not the staff. I'm disappointed in the truck itself. There was a newer truck right next to this one...2500miles in this wasn't fun at all. I used to work at a rental/leasing company and this would never go over well. Again the staff on site was very helpful and nice....the equipment was completely opposite.”

“I rented a 16' Penske for a move and picked it up from Home Depot in Winchester. My suggestion is to call Penske directly to reserve and ask them if they offer discounts. I was able to apply a AAA discount and they also upgraded the truck to a model with a lift gate at no additional charge. My only criticism is the moving blankets you rent from them are too thin for what you pay for them. Overall good experience.”
