SO RUDE! Sign outside says "Broken Phone, No Problem Come On In" but when I came in and asked if they could do anything about my phone I was met with a condescending attitude and told that I was mistaken and that corporate stores don't fix phones. Then when I asked if they had any advice for drying out a phone the guy just shrugged his shoulders and said he couldn't help. Save yourself the hassle and go to a phone repair shop, not these clowns.

Absolutely trash. Verizon locked my new iphone for fraud because I wanted to switch providers. Other verizon stores told me to come here because its a corporate store. The only help received was they verified my id and called verizon for me. Even the franchises tried to help more. The rude manager said i should go to another carrier because this isn’t right. Then refused to help me on day two when it wasnt resolved. Told me why would they help me anymore since I’m going to another provider anyways.

Walked in to this location a little after 5 today with my toddler. As I walked in, there were 3 gentleman standing together staring at me & not speaking. They were talking amongst each other as if they were deciding who was going to assist me as if the experience was going to be a hassle since my toddler was with me. Their energy was very stand-off-ish. That was very unprofessional and rude of them, to say the least. The gentleman that did assist me from the group that did not speak gave me a quote & I immediately left after that. Their customer service sucks. Never judge a book by its cover. None of them deserved commission from me purchasing a new phone.

I made an appointment and I still had to wait so why bother with the appointment schedule at all. It is just a waste of my time. Be smart and say first come first serve. Or have a numbered ticket to pull off like a grocery store deli. If I make an appointment and I get there on time I should be helped IMHO. All the employees were assisting people so I don't fault them. I ASSUMED that if I had an appointment the techs would at least wait until showed up and I was there earlier than my appointment so they should have waited to at least five minutes. One of the techs said it would be at least 45 minutes so I had to leave for another appointment. You need to manage expectations better and scrape the appointment idea. I may just order the phone online and set it up myself. My time is as valuable as anyone elses.

The service area in this part of Virginia Verizon executive offices agreed is less than optimal. found this out after I signed a contract for three lines. They will not give me a refund for services which included: not receiving phone calls, and the other callers not hearing me. They then told me they will give me the used market price, $200, for my trade in which was a fully functioning iPhone 7 in excellent condition. I have placed two better business complaints with Verizon Excutive Offices.

Brent was very helpful and professional! I went in to see what my options were for an upgrade due to my 2 year old phone starting to having issues (which is frustrating on verizon/Samsung's end but not his fault). I wasn't ready to pull the trigger yet, but he took his time going over all the plans and promotions available to me. I will definitely go back and see him when I'm ready to upgrade. I appreciate his time and effort, & give the man a gold star!

Heard about Verizon‘s home Internet and came in to talk about it. Ended up getting it and not paying anything out the door never heard that before but it sounds like a pretty good deal to me $45 a month for unlimited Internet. I’ll take that any day, especially thanks to my Verizon wireless rep for helping me out and not making my bill go crazy

I would give 0 stars if I could. My phone stopped connecting to Bluetooth and WiFi the older grey haired guy who worked there didn’t bother with anything to help me. He said it’s apples fault and I need to contact their support. My phone for the last 15 years has always been serviced by Verizon as that’s who I bought the phone from and who is my carrier of the services to the phone. This older man was very condescending and rude and spoke to me like a child. He refused to even look up my information to check on the warranty for my phone. He said that Verizon has nothing to do with this and why would he know if apple has a warranty on my phone. He gave the example that “you wouldn’t blame the electric company if your refrigerator broke”…. This guy was absolutely rude, condescending and spoke to me as a child. He was an absolute nightmare. I told him he was rude and walked out, he then followed me to the door and stared at me while I was in my car acting like I was insane for asking Verizon to fix the phone they provided me.****update***** went to front royal, Kyle was appalled at the corporate verizon treatment. He was able to confirm my phone had a warranty through Verizon and got me a replacement at no charge. Verizon Winchester is obviously lazy.

Waste of time to go. You can't even buy a phone at the store anymore. Treated like a thief as some associate blocked the door as I waited in line after the same associate was rude to me about trying to get an upgrade. Can't believe I almost spent money at this place.

Quick and easy Verizon store! One of the fastest ones I’ve been in!
