The pharmacy workers are horrible. They were gossiping about customers in front of other customers. They said “what are we supposed to do about it?” to someone on the phone after just picking it up. Prior to my appointment I tried to call that same line, and after 10 minutes of waiting I gave up. There are at least 10 people working back in there at once and they yell at each other the whole time and still make you wait a ridiculous amount of time. At the same time, I can’t exactly fault them for their frustration, because apparently some of them had been working two more hours than they expected. They were bad mouthing their boss, loudly, there was only one worker of five I was in contact with that knew how to use their machinery. After my test I asked to confirm if a policy they advertise online is accurate. The worker that did my test wouldn’t look me in the eye and muttered that they don’t do that anymore and I have to contact my doctor. I called ahead of time and confirmed this policy but he said there was nothing he could do. I wasted money because of their incompetence and I’m still sick with COVID and I wasted an hour of my time before the holidays, when there aren’t many other medical opportunities and the test was already late in the evening. Other medical facilities are now closed. Incredibly disappointed. My boyfriend was also chastised as if he was stupid for asking about a different policy their website said they were able to do. Horrible experience. Plenty of other Walgreens locations. Pick one of those.

Just wanted to say what an amazing crew that works here! My daughter is getting married in 30 days and her mom my ex wife passed away recently, my wife and I are moving in few months also so I have been really on edge and stressed! Talked to Linda in the pharmacy she was incredible! She guided me over to section for anxiety and stress relief. She took time to search product on her phone to see side effects and ingredients , she even took time to talk to me about family! Incredible customer service! Linda rocks!!

Pro: big parking lot, clean environment, pharmacy drive through. Con: long wait time. Came here for the flu shot and it was pretty straight forward. We made an appointment online and came here. The parking lot is big no parking issue and the interior is very clean. Walked up to the pharmacy counter and was greeted by the pharmacy tech who took our info and we waited in the waiting area. It was straight forward in and out. Staff was nice and helpful but the wait time from checking in to getting the vaccine was about 20 minute which was a little long. All in all, it was an ok experience.

Great parking, staff, and pharmacy. I go here yearly for my Flu vaccine, and every time they do it is very gentle and there is no pain. It has a wide variety of shopping, at a high price than most other stores.

Tried to get my RX transferred here. 1st they tell me that CVS stated they sent it and they didn't receive then days later they tell me they've called DIFFERENT CVSs and there is no RX. Called my CVS who stated they transferred it and all they can do is give Walgreens the transfer receipt. So essentially, my RX is lost no and I have been told different things. Each time I've called I have had to be on hold for at least 10min waiting to talk to someone

I think the upper mgmt has this store seriously UNDER STAFED. I have called the store on several occasions with no answer! Many issues with prescriptions. My Walgreens on Nutley st in Fairfax was top notch. I don’t know what the problem is but someone should CORRECT IT!

If you visit Walgreens in Winchester, this is the only one to go because Jennifer the cashier works here. She is super friendly and knows everyone's name -- if you know her, you know what I mean. The store is clean and everyone is nice either because of the Jennifer effect, management or both. I don't even mind paying a little extra because going here is better than wandering around a mammoth Walmart.If you have a prescription to fill, I suggest the Walgreens at 507 Amherst. That pharmacy is not busy. The Walgreens Pharmacy on Jubal Early is packed, overwhelming and takes forever. The pharmacists are Jubal Early are awesome and even though they are busy always take time to answer questions. It still takes forever, so I go to Amherst and am in and out the door with a quickness.

The cashier at the front counter is the most friendliest cashier I know and she always says have a blessed day which is nice God bless her however every time I send photos here and this has happened six times they cut the heads off of the photo and I get the run around about how it was my fault but I take the exact same photos to Walmart and they never cut off the heads of it I would give it five stars except for the photo lab there is inept

Made a Covid appointment for 3 was here at 3:02 we then waited 35 minutes for even the paperwork. Took almost an hour. Staff showed no haste or concern. Gave me no updates the entire time and couldn’t care less we had to wait so long. Do not recommend!
