The young man that help us was great (didnt get his name)nice, respectful, knowledgeable, & very patient he not only helped us with everything we needed but stayed with us to make sure everything was right & taken care of till everything was loaded

Only thing I can say is stay away for the lowes in Richlands va, they are the worst. Rude, disrespectful and sorry as hell
