“Greetings to all, who are reading my comments. I’ll try to write a short comments, if possible. First, I’d like to express my appreciation to David and Emily, two personal who help me to settle down at this amazing place. Thank you, David and Emily, for the tremendous support during the apartment rental approval process. Second, I had never heard of this place, as well as I never known anyone who work or lives here, so consider my opinion free and honest, please. So, I rented one bedroom apartment, featuring large, wide windows that provide magnificent natural light throughout. The apartment includes a washing and dryer equipment, in separate closet, away from bedroom. A furnished kitchen equipped with an electric stove and a large refrigerator. The bathroom is spotless, with no signs of leaks or damage. Overall, the entire apartment looks like a brand new: the walls are clean and free of stains or defects, and the ceiling is perfectly smooth. The bedroom has a walk-in closet. The air conditioning of apartment is controlled within the apartment, with cool air flowing from ceiling, and not to mention, you can also control the temperature of the apartment with apps on your mobile phone. The apps (SmartRent) is free for download and use, David and Emily helped me out with that future. By a way, with SmartRent I don’t need to remember passcode to open my doors, everything managed by SmartRent apps, and no keys at all. Again, I’d like to thanks David, because he managed to secure an apartment rental at a price that worked out for me, at this crazy days, when market rates were skyrocketing every single day. To conclusion, I can say - Signal Hill apartment is very very brilliant spot around Woodbridge area. That is all, my future neighbors, this place is a really great”
