“Excellent Customer Service! I have been a Wells Fargo Customer for over 30 years. I recently moved to Manassas and needed to find a local Wells Fargo branch where I could do my weekly banking and that could also provide financial planning. I decided to go to the closest branch to my house on Marblestone Dr. in Manassas. I was immediately greeted with a friendly smile by the Branch Manager (I think her name was Lilly) who then introduced me to Regina Bennett (Vice President, Senior Branch Premier Banker) to discuss my various banking needs. I feel like I hit the jackpot having the opportunity to work with Regina. She's the ultimate professional and her expertise and knowledge are paramount. I knew I was in good hands just a few minutes into our meeting! I also have to give a big shout out to the Service Manager, Mercy who is also so professional and friendly. My experience so far has been very positive at this branch.”

“The ladies who tend to the drive thru here are gems!!! The service is speedy so the lines move quickly. Even on a Saturday all the lanes are open! In addition to the walk up ATM in the front of the building there is a drive up ATM in the back as well creating a 5th drive thru lane. As if the superb customers service is not enough, they still send Dum Dum lollipops back in the tube, at least today they did! Guess the big kids still get treats too!!”

“I called to see if I could come in same-day to open a new account for my minor child. They did not have any appointments available, but were able to squeeze us in for mid-day with the manager. The process went smooth and the manager was super nice. The entire process took about an hour or less, and was overall very positive. And, my teen came away with a new account, as well as a lollipop, LOL.”
