This location stays busy so expect to spend a few minutes there. All employees are very helpful however Farzana went above and beyond to help me open my account. Very polite, thorough, and the process didn’t take very long overall (I was able to set everything up during my lunch break).

Pulled up to this spot twice, and both times left me with straight disappointment. Tried depositing money into my wife’s account—had her ID and everything. But nah, this one employee (Angel) Dude didn’t even know how to talk right. Acting too ‘professional’ to even acknowledge a military personal. Real disrespectful vibe. Honestly, I feel bad for the bank hiring someone like that. Get your team in check. But finally, this lady (Farzana) came through and helped me out. She knew what she was doing

I recently opened a savings account with Truist at this location. The branch leader, G. Arthur, was very professional and assisted my needs in a timely fashion. The customer service was impeccable.

I came here today with my father in law and husband so that my father in law can simply add a beneficiary to his account. They told us to wait in the waiting area until someone was able to help us. We sat and waited for over an hour. The person in the office (branch leader), who was supposed to help us, didn’t have any customers and wasn’t helping anyone, but she continued to sit there and stare at her computer without helping us. As a customer, we expect to be acknowledged and helped when we come into the bank. This bank failed to do that. They wasted over an hour of our time until the person at the counter finally noticed that we were waiting so long…he called and helped us. His name is Marcos. He has very good customer service. He was the only person at the counter helping the drive through too, and wasn’t supposed to really help us with our case, but he did since his colleagues sitting in the back failed to do so. We will be canceling our account here. This bank doesn’t value their customer’s time.

Gives false information and gives you the runaround to avoid giving you your money back. I didn’t know I would have to fight this hard just to close my account out here.

why do your employees feel the need to be rude to customers who are coming to use the bank's services the older lady in today at 9:24am in the middle window with glasses on and a red sweater and a hair in a bun was very rude this is a routine for me to come cash my paycheck at this branch and never had i had someone be more sarcastic and unfriendly, i mean tbh shed probably be the most rude person ive encountered here, safe to say ive lost all motivation to open an account with yall.

ATM usage is some trash!!! It never takes my bills they need to update that damn machine I always have problems with it. It’s is only useful to withdraw not deposite. Normally I rather just travel to the machine on Route 1!!!!!

20-30min wait every time I come here. For some reason they always have a minimum of 4 employees in the store but only one teller regardless of how long the line is. Ridiculous

It’s always a problem when I deposit cash through the drive thru, I feel like I always have to keep my receipts because they either don’t put it in my account or it magically disappears overnight and then they have the nerve to overdraft me. Constant issues with little no reassurance it will happen again. I have been a member since 2018 and I will be leaving soon. No one should have to worry about not having access to their own hard earned money.

I literally have been going there for a year to get change for my small business down the street to get denied by one of the tellers Jean today was a total inconvenience. If I wasn’t allowed to get change at your bank that expectation should have been set from day one. Highly disappointed in my service Jean will not have to worry about me being a customer anymore.
