CVS is a 10/10 store. Clean and neat shelves. Staff is nice and helpful. The pharmacist was the sweetest and explained the medicines, kind and above and beyond, recommended. Family got flu shots and the pharmacist was outstanding. Even with a busy day, the pharmacist made time, was positive and firm, helped anxious kids, quick thinking, quick work, kind demeanor. The cashier knew exactly where to find the product and saved time today.
rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. The customer service at the CVS in Touchstone (Woodnrsife) is consistently poor. I understand that the staff may be busy, but even a simple acknowledgment would go a long way. A little courtesy and communication can make a big difference.

Worst customer service ever, is always busy and the need more pharmacist. They never out of stock in shots and always messed up our prescription.

Worst CVS location. Messed up my order and will proudly admit the mistake but refuse to Correct it. Please never order online and pick up at this location at Touchstone cir, Woodbridge. Staff is rude and store manager doesn’t care and threatens the customer if they question.
