“I always come here for my VA state inspection and have had consistently good experiences. I arrived around 4:25 PM (they stop inspections at 5), and even with one car ahead of me, the wait was very reasonable...about 10 minutes. Once they got to my truck, the inspection only took around 15 minutes. They offer seating both inside and outside, which makes the wait more comfortable. Quick, efficient, and convenient service. I’ll definitely keep coming back!”

“Bad Experience but I come here often. Now I only tell this story because I thought the interaction was entertaining. So I thank the worker for that.
Anyways, this is the closest Sheetz to me and i’m a huge Sheetz fan so I come here a lot. Came in the other night to get some late night munchies. Place my order, go up to the register where some short older lady comes to check me out. I give her my ticket and the total was 20.87. I thought i had like $24 in cash but I only had a 20.
I asked the lady if she was able to split it between Card and Cash. She dosent say anything and instead starts huffing and puffing like she’s the damn big bad wolf. She starts clicking and clacking on the computer and then just walks away with my ticket and 20 dollars. That whole time she didn’t say squat to me and just looked and huffed at me.
She finally comes back from the Food Ordering area and rudely asks how i’m going to pay. Mind you I literally had told her I could pay splitting it but she just wanted to moan about the whole thing and not tell me if that was okay to do or not. You’re at least 50 years old, learn how to communicate to your customers. The worst part is I know that she can because she was extremely sweet to the customers before me and after me.
Anyways,the other lady who works there at night is always nice so props to her. I’ll be back”

“This morning I stopped by store, when I reached register I was greeted with sincerity by the young man Nehemiah (not sure on spelling) he not only was very professional, but noticed my face and naturally while ringing up said positive words , reminded me even though its a rainy day its a beautiful one. You never know what another person is going through and just by his customer service , which I don't see often and as a manager who deals with customer service he really stood out and did a spectacular job! Also as busy as the store stays, its well lit, clean and organized, and I've never had issues. The food is good also!”

“We are regulars at Sheetz, 1-2x a week. We only go here! We love EVERYONE that works here! They are always so kind! Big shout out to the crew because we walk in and they already have our item pulled from the shelf and ready at the counter. Could we go to one of the other 2 locations by work? Yes but we always wait and stop here because of the customer service! Thank you for always taking the time to make it a little more personal each time we visit. Also thank you for always saying hi to our 7year old, even he looks forward to our Sheetz runs!”

“I stopped in here on a road trip. I didn’t get gas. I filled up at a different station but both of their bathrooms were out of order. That causes me to stop here. Yes, the bathrooms were clean as stated on their wall. Although I didn’t purchase gas, I spent my money on snacks and drinks.”

“This place, Mike & Roger R in particular, were a GIFT from Heaven to my daughter & me. We were half way to North Carolina when my Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland started spewing the most noxious smell. We pulled off at the nearest exit and found the Exxon at 12850 Gordon. Before we even exited our car, the guys were COURTEOUS, WELCOMING, ATTENTIVE, ASSURING & RESPECTFUL & they knew just what to do. Without them, I would have been utterly lost and without knowledge of how to proceed & more importantly what was best for proceeding. They got us taken care of within a FRACTION of what they could have run anyone around for. My daughter and I were beyond grateful to feel truly looked after as if these men were our own family and loved ones. THANK YOU to the entire team. These guys are WORTH THEIR WEIGHT IN GOLD. So so grateful”
