“I always come here for my VA state inspection and have had consistently good experiences. I arrived around 4:25 PM (they stop inspections at 5), and even with one car ahead of me, the wait was very reasonable...about 10 minutes. Once they got to my truck, the inspection only took around 15 minutes. They offer seating both inside and outside, which makes the wait more comfortable. Quick, efficient, and convenient service. I’ll definitely keep coming back!”

“My local Walgreens (Store # 11299) on the corner of Smoketown Road in Lake Ridge, Virginia, is arguably the BEST branch in the whole of the Commonwealth, if not the Unite States.
They are truly the most thoughtful, caring and attentive staff -- both in front-of-house customer service all the way through the entire pharmacy staff technicians and assigned pharmacists. They care about their customers and what we need and ensure whatever the matter may be that it is addressed promptly, handled with care, and, should it be necessary, remedied with expedience.
In a time where healthcare is still not a universal given nor a prioritized right, the staff, and especially the pharmacy, at Walgreens Store # 11299 consistently put the patient FIRST, and not just because they care (which they absolutely do), but because it is the right thing to do.
I could not be happier with my local Walgreens on Smoketown Road and will without question continue to frequent that neighborly convenience store as my primary location for all household and drug store needs for me and my entire family.

“We are regulars at Sheetz, 1-2x a week. We only go here! We love EVERYONE that works here! They are always so kind! Big shout out to the crew because we walk in and they already have our item pulled from the shelf and ready at the counter. Could we go to one of the other 2 locations by work? Yes but we always wait and stop here because of the customer service! Thank you for always taking the time to make it a little more personal each time we visit. Also thank you for always saying hi to our 7year old, even he looks forward to our Sheetz runs!”

“This morning I stopped by store, when I reached register I was greeted with sincerity by the young man Nehemiah (not sure on spelling) he not only was very professional, but noticed my face and naturally while ringing up said positive words , reminded me even though its a rainy day its a beautiful one. You never know what another person is going through and just by his customer service , which I don't see often and as a manager who deals with customer service he really stood out and did a spectacular job! Also as busy as the store stays, its well lit, clean and organized, and I've never had issues. The food is good also!”
“I stop in here nearly every day on my way to work for coffee and occasionally get a snack and maybe some gas in the car at the same time. They are typically always really busy, but still greet each customer with a smile and offer nice service. Absolutely love their coffee and typically can’t go a day without it.”

“I dont know the worker's name although he is so friendly and kind to me and my individuals I care for when we go in to warm our lunch in the microwave. All of the workers stay busy but are friendly. This is one of the few 711 in Woodbridge I recommend to visit. They have a public restroom as well. It could use a better cleaning is the only flaw.”

“I was traveling from out of state after a wedding performance when I struck an object on I-95 that punctured my oil pan. My car lost oil rapidly, and I was fortunate enough to make it safely to a nearby gas station. Roger's shop happened to be just around the corner, and from the moment I arrived, they treated me with professionalism and compassion.
They inspected the damage, explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and got to work as quickly as possible. Car trouble is never fun,especially when you're hundreds of miles from home, but they helped make a very difficult situation much more manageable.
I'm grateful for their honesty, communication, and willingness to help someone who was stranded far from home.
If you're in the Woodbridge/Occoquan area and need automotive repairs, I would absolutely recommend Roger and his team.
