rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. The customer service at the CVS in Touchstone (Woodnrsife) is consistently poor. I understand that the staff may be busy, but even a simple acknowledgment would go a long way. A little courtesy and communication can make a big difference.

Correct it. Please never order online and pick up at this location at Touchstone cir, Woodbridge. Staff is rude and store manager doesn’t care and threatens the customer if they question.

This pharmacy is the worst for customer service. They can't deal with walk-in scripts or scripts called in and you show up. And definitely don't come when they open, they can't handle business. Told to "return in an hr we just opened". This happens all the time.
What the pharmacy doesn't get, if there's no other customer, show some customer service and fill the darn scrip, which also the customer will spend $ elsewhere in the store while waiting.
No more giving this pharmacy any of my business after today. I'll go down the street to Walgreens and spend the $ I would have here while waiting and come back to pick up my script. Plus, pick another pharmacy for scripts.

I wish I could give zero stars but that was not an option. All the the pharmacists here are very rude and unhelpful. They all talk down to you or just say anything get you out of the store. Dont bother calling the pharmacy either you will never get through. Every single one does not care at all about the patients.

10/10 store. Clean and neat shelves. And what shows in stock online is actually in the store and the staff is nice and helpful. can't ask for more.

There is a reason why there never a line here. People don't want to die so they go elsewhere. The number of issues I've had with refilling continuing prescriptions which I have to take for life has been ridiculous. I've been given the wrong prescription on more than one occasion. Someone else is twice. Customer service is nonexistent. Every language barrier you could imagine. I had all of my prescription switched to a local Walgreens and has been smooth ever since.

Francis the Pharmacist yelled at me. The entire time I was speaking to him trying to get my issue resolved, he did not make eye contact with me. Told me he was multitasking. He had the phone to his ear and was on the computer. At one point he got very snippy and spoke to me as if I was beneath him. When I told him he was being disrespectful, that is when he began to yell at me.I kept my cool, so proud of myself!!I left without getting my issue resolved. I will be calling to file an official complaint!

I came here the other day to get my prescription and I had the pleasure to work with AFSHAN! She is the sweetest pharmacist and really explained the medicines to me! She was so kind and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! Definitely recommend Afshan!
