CVS is a 10/10 store. Clean and neat shelves. Staff is nice and helpful. The pharmacist was the sweetest and explained the medicines, kind and above and beyond, recommended. Family got flu shots and the pharmacist was outstanding. Even with a busy day, the pharmacist made time, was positive and firm, helped anxious kids, quick thinking, quick work, kind demeanor. The cashier knew exactly where to find the product and saved time today.
Fire her. 🙄 To be fair, I rarely have a bad experience at this CVS. But the lady that called me needs to learn professionalism asap. She hung up in my face, long pauses, I literally had to bring up what she may be calling me about. -500 stars for her.

This is the worse CVS Pharmacy I have ever seen. The pharmacy is very slow , the Asian pharmacist is so rude, grumpy and has no customer service at all. They are not friendly. They rush you and they are so lazy that they don’t even like to re run prescriptions if you are changing to new insurance. He scream at people.... read full comment
