Francis the Pharmacist yelled at me. The entire time I was speaking to him trying to get my issue resolved, he did not make eye contact with me. Told me he was multitasking. He had the phone to his ear and was on the computer. At one point he got very snippy and spoke to me as if I was beneath him. When I told him he was being disrespectful, that is when he began to yell at me.I kept my cool, so proud of myself!!I left without getting my issue resolved. I will be calling to file an official complaint!

I came here the other day to get my prescription and I had the pleasure to work with AFSHAN! She is the sweetest pharmacist and really explained the medicines to me! She was so kind and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! Definitely recommend Afshan!

At the time of my visit, I was 35 weeks pregnant, and the only customer in the store around 8 pm. As I headed to the self-checkout, I noticed the lone worker casually perusing a magazine as I checked myself out. At one point, a couple of my purchases tumbled to the floor, but the young man couldn't be bothered to help as he was reading his magazine. I've worked in the service industry, I know it's hard work for low pay, I get it. This was an unacceptable level of poor customer service. The only reason I come to this CVS is because it's close to my home.

If I could give zero stars I would. The pharmacist lies, takes days to fill simple prescriptions, doesn’t run GoodRX when busy, and is very rude to his customers. Go elsewhere!

My family and I got flu shots here and the pharmacist Ruth was outstanding. Even though we had an appointment, they were busy. She made time for us and saw that I had two very anxious kids and she was very positive and firm with them. She helped one calm down and distracted the other (even though he was having a VERY difficult time). I am grateful for her quick thinking, quick work, and kind demeanor.

The pharmacist has the strongest accent I've ever heard in my life. I could hardly make out what she was explaining to me about my prescription. All I know was she ensured me it would be ready on a Wednesday then called me Thursday to state it wasn't in stock.

I keep hoping it will change, but still the worst pharmacy experience. Extremely disorganized and incompetent staff.

In June, I ran out of my medication about a month early and tried to refill. The online portal told me there was an issue and to call the pharmacy. I was on hold for nearly 40 minutes before I gave up. I called a different CVS to transfer the RX to, and they told me my insurance wouldn't cover it as I'm refilling too early. I explain why I'm refilling early and it seems that the Touchstone CVS shorted my 90 day to a 60 day supply. I had to pay $20 out of pocket for the gap supply.I call the Touchstone CVS asking if they could confirm I was shorted a dose - the man tells me he will have to call me back. I call again a week later, same response. I never got a call. It's now mid-July and I showed up in person, where the pharmacist did not offer an explanation, apologize, or make eye contact with me while I asked if he can simply check to see if they shorted me back in April (!). Instead, he tried to refill the entire 90 day supply, rather than just giving me the missing dosage. I didn't ask him to refill it, and I certainly did not authorize him to transfer the prescription from the other CVS. I'm already out $20 and somehow I now need to make a FIFTH phone call to transfer it back to the "good" CVS? Are you kidding me??I have had this exact RX filled at various CVS throughout the DMV for nearly 10 years and have never experienced this incompetence. The male pharmacist should not be in healthcare.

I now see why there are so many negative reviews of the pharmacy. I had a prescription transferred to this location. I received an email and call to confirm that my prescription was ready for pickup at this location. I go to the pharmacy and they tell me it’s not here. I show them the email confirmation and the pharmacist continues to argue with me that it’s not here. I then ask where is it, and the pharmacist says she doesn’t know and can’t transfer it here because it’s already been filled. She was so rude and yelling at me as if it was my fault.TLDR I can’t pick up my prescription here because it’s been filled by another store, but this store can’t tell me the other store that supposedly refilled it. And when I look on CVS portal what store to pickup it says this location. Oh and the pharmacist is rude and combative.

Loved the help & customer service I just received. The cashier knew exactly where to find the product I needed. Saved me tons of time.

Pharmacist are terrible and very unprofessional. I was denied medication even though I had proper identification. My current identification is a passport. Taken very easily by staff on many occasions. This evening I was denied my medication because the staff was completely incompetent on taking my information. Army veteran here and very very disappointed that even the pharmacist on duty was not trained properly. We should never be denied medication because of staff incompetence

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever visited. The pharmacy staff puts you on hold for hours and never get back to you. They make you wait and then hang up on you. Is there anyone who can take care of it? Any managers anyone who can make them accountable?

I'm just wondering at what point these people are going to answer the phone. Currently been on hold for 30+ minutes simply to check on a script. I had to hand over my ID once just so the person could understand me telling her my name. I'm sorry, but if your front "man" can't understand basic English, we have a problem here. That person should be stocking shelves or counting pills....not talking to customers for 5 minutes trying to find out their first name! Oh, and still on hold....SHOCKER!

Purely the most shameful business that’s still allowed to keep its doors open to the public. This store shines a new level of incompetence never seen before. Whether you’re filling, refilling or trying to pickup a prescription, or trying to check merchandise out at the front of the store, you’ll need to beg God for mercy before you even start to navigate the parking lot. GOOD LUCK!
