“I cannot say enough great things about Geeks Zone and the outstanding service I received from Tony and MJ. I came to them with what felt like a data recovery emergency after experiencing issues with my flash drive, and they were able to successfully recover my files. I was beyond relieved and grateful! Although we experienced a moment of miscommunication during the process, what impressed me most was how Tony and MJ handled it. They demonstrated exceptional professionalism, accountability, and customer service. They took the time to work through the misunderstanding with me, addressed my concerns, and ultimately delivered a level of service that not only met my needs but exceeded my expectations. It is easy to praise a business when everything goes perfectly, but true customer service is demonstrated in how a company responds when there is a concern and Geeks Zone got it right. A huge THANK YOU to Tony and MJ for recovering my files and making sure I walked away as a satisfied customer. You turned a stressful situation into a positive experience, and I truly appreciate your efforts. If you are ever facing a flash drive or data file recovery emergency, make Geeks Zone your first and only stop! I highly recommend them and would absolutely trust them again.”

“Highly recommend Burke Electronics! Michael is friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He mounted my new TV and gave me great advice on both the TV model that best fit my needs and the ideal placement for mounting. He’s completed multiple projects for me over the years, and every experience has been excellent. I really appreciate that he doesn’t just do the installation, he takes the time to understand what you’re looking for and offers helpful guidance along the way. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Michael and Burke Electronics!”

“My very reliable OKI C332 printer decided it did not want to work properly. It reported that it was no longer connected to my network. After hours of trying to figure out how to get it working, I contacted Steve Russell at Item Inc. Steve, very patiently walked me through the steps required to get it back on-line. Steve was professional and very, very knowledgeable and, most importantly, the printer is now back on-line and I'm back in business!”

“I thought I cracked my screen. I opted with the mid level repair option at $250. The guy called me 20 minutes later and told me the protector had cracked; the screen was fine. $20 replacement. Honesty wins repeat business and accolades. Highly recommended!!!”
