The biggest thing about this particular place is the above and beyond quality of customer service provided by the staff here. While I have always seen genuine care from all Metro PCS stores, Jackie still took it to the next level here. She patiently helped me with recovery very process for my apps and data, transferring procedures for a new phone, and all of my questions for almost 45 mins. She was nice, polite, caring, and professional at all times and didn’t blink despite the time-taking tasks. She looked up various solutions for my phone issues and applied them to help. She taught me new lessons and tricks that matched my needs related to my apps issues. “Wanted to pre-ordered the new Galaxy S24 ultra, The moment i walked in everyone greeted me and took my name, it was busy so i knew it was going to take time, I was helped by a short guy, I forgot his name but he was very friendly. He explained everything in detail and went over my plan. The only thing they did not have was a good S24 ultra accessories, they only had 2 cases. The location is busy so if you need to do something quick use the app or care so you dont have to wait like i did.”

“Dave is fantastic!!! We came in to upgrade a phone and Dave went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied! He was so patient as my daughter took her time, literally, trying to figure out which phone and what color. You know how Apple can be, so he made sure the phone was backed up on the old device. The new phone needed a software update which he took care of as well as making sure all the contacts, pictures and apps were loaded onto the new phone. He was very thorough from start to finish. He made what could have been a stressful transaction easy breezy. If I could request his assistance every time I have to come to this location, that would be phenomenal.”
