Was looking for a blazer for a work event Serena was able to help me find the last two for the season in my size and on clearance! She also helped me coordinate jeans and venture out into a different style than my normal choice that ended up getting me lots of compliments. Overall good experience.

Same thing happened to me customer service sucks, the manger. got rude with me when my wife and i checked out, we had plenty of stuff, but one of the bracelets had no price tag, that was the start of the downfall. We had another bracelet which was not the same which had a price and card backing, the lady who i did not know was the manager said just use the price that has it on it. I said wait a second thats not the same bracelet, the bracelet with no price was on the cheaper braclet displays which were 12.99 to like 15 est. I said how do you not now what the price is. thats when the lady said im done with you, i dont deal with people like you, im not putting up with you. If it was not for my wife i would have walked without purchasing anything but its Christmas so i bought the other items, If guess does not do anything with this manager less people come back. I asked the store clerk where is your manager she did not say anything then it dawned on me. Is that your manger the lady whio just chewed me out for making sure thats the price. She just looked at me. I had to say yes or no, she nodded, Im getting the name of this manager.Im not buying from guess unless that manger would apologize for treating me like this. I have experience in sales and customer service and this attitude shoud not be tolerated period. I wonder how the employees feel, the girl at the counter would not even say her name or yes or no, just nod up and down. ??????????????????????????

Good collection with various styles. Some items had a lot of discount... the regular prices are too high.I got two jackets and a t-shirt. The customer service is okay.

Collection is good but the customer service is the worst. I feel they are racist. I had asked the associate to check the price, to be accurate first 3 shirts and then the 4th one. The associate Becky got so upset as to why am I asking her to check price. To calculate it myself. I said mam the first 3 shirts it was on the 50% rack but the price you told me is more than 50%, So I just wanted to know even if the 4th one is the same deal. She just rolled her eyes. It was not even busy it was a slow Wednesday afternoon. I bought all the 4 shirts but just wanted to update that BECKY is the worst customer service representative at this store.

Terrible customer service, dirty store, items not stocked and the music is too loud. Learn some respect and how to handle criticism. We customers are the ones who make sure you get paid, remember that :)

Employees are super rude. They don’t help you at all, they just look at you really bad like they are just judging you specially two Latin girls. I’m not coming back to this location ever !!!

This store was super racist we arrived at 8.20 pm Potomac mills and after seeing us looking at clothes and choosing a couple they decided to close their fitting rooms somehow another person tried clothes at almost 9pm though ! When I asked why the manager couldn’t get an answer just gave me an attitude. The manager was super rude the majority of the employees were super loud screaming their private conversation about their friends and boyfriends giving a doodle scott about the customers. I felt I had entered a CHOLA market in LA ready to punch ? and fight ????yuck ,,,they were so agresiva that I decided to start recording ,which is an oxymoron considering that they are racist yet the only people that predominantly buys from them GUESS ???is Hispanics and Blacks and their manager is also black but there are blacks racist to Latinos regardless.

It is such a shame that when you decide to put a review, you then come across something similar that you experienced. We were about to check out and came to the counter to a very unpleasant dark skin lady. So our cards won’t go through as we were visiting from abroad. We have had this experience with guess in the US very often so we made sure to have cash just incase. So I tried another card just to see if maybe it would go through. The lady handed me the receipt silently with her UNPLEASANT FACE. So I was like “thank you” because again there was silence so how could I know the card didn’t went through? So when I said thanks miss lady (with an attitude) says “it did not go through”. So my response was “how would I know that if you don’t say anything”. I am sickened by this type of behavior! We (the customers) are NOT BEGGING you for anything! We come to spend our money, the money that helps pays you!!!

I would never be back to this guess location,they have a very rude lady here supposedly she is the manager but she need to take a training and learn how to treat costumers,I drive almost two hours to come to this location to do a return and abuy some other stuff I love this mall but I never had a bad experience like I did today at the guess store, I hope she see this n change her ugly nesty attitude
