GUESS Factory offers a collection with various styles. Blazers for work events can be found on clearance in size. Staff help coordinate jeans and venture out into a style, leading to lots of compliments. Two jackets and a t‑shirt are purchased. Customer service is okay, but some items have a lot of discount while regular prices are too high. Friendly staff are efficient, welcoming and give a beautiful smile.
Their customer service is very poor. They are very unresponsive, and unfortunately the supervisors are even worse.

Was looking for a blazer for a work event Serena was able to help me find the last two for the season in my size and on clearance! She also helped me coordinate jeans and venture out into a different style than my normal choice that ended up getting me lots of compliments. Overall good experience.
