Ham Radio Outlet is an amazing store with very friendly and extremely knowledgeable staff. The staff is very welcoming, super friendly, customer focused, and incredible. They are very helpful and knowable, especially to new hams. The store has a wide range of stock and lots of stuff for radios. There is a great selection of radios for display, especially in the HF section. They provide amazing customer service and take care of needs, including help with radio wire, coax, and connections. Service is fast, with quick shipping and in-store fixes. Prices are super fair. It is highly recommended for all amateur radio operators and a great place to stop first for answers.
The staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. The do not pressure sales. I think their inventory covers almost anything a ham radio operator could want.
