“I was out shopping for foam boards to make a photo board and I needed hot glue as well. I had asked Kris while he was busy if he knew where the hot glue sticks were, he dropped what he was doing, was very attentive and helped me locate them accurately. Once I was at the checkout, he offered to scan my items. Once he saw the mini hot glue sticks I had picked, he gave me a good warning to make sure the sticks were the right size, and if I open the bag and its not, I'm unable to return them which I really appreciated knowing. Not a lot of retail workers will be real with you. He had a smile on his face the entire time, with a happy tone. He helped me look for coupons and vouchers on my Michaels account and apply them to my purchase. As I was leaving, I heard him welcoming customers in and telling the ones exiting to have a nice day. He claimed this was his first job, but he truly is going above and beyond! I don't right reviews very often, but he deserved recognition, his customer service is amazing!!! Keep being great!!!”

“What a great family owned stamp and coin business. They are only open on Saturdays from 10 - 4I took some stuff in for them to look at and they were very helpful and full of information. They are no longer buying any stamps or coins but they definitely sent me in the right direction.Their inventory is busting out of the walls.If you are looking to buy this is the place for you. “I have been looking for a hobby store or a game store that had staff who were excited about their games and interested in why customers came in. Nate was exceptional! As my husband and I entered the store, he came right up and made us feel welcome and asked what we were looking for, he was incredibly patient and provided great options for us to learn about the games, offered lots of suggestions for workshops and painting tips in the store, and we walked away as 40 K converts! We will definitely be back, I can’t believe how welcoming he was. Thanks Nate!”
