“I made an online order with in store pickup. The reason I give this 4 stars in lieu of 5 is that there was at least a 10 minute wait (may have been 15) getting my pickup order issued. Having the returns and order pickups in same queue created this wait. Otherwise employee was very courteous and quick getting me my order once I was waited on. No problems with the product and order was fulfilled correctly.”

“PWHI did a great job in demolishing our old deck, making some repairs caused by the old deck, building the new deck, and then re-attaching the existing electrical work that was under the deck. We're very impressed with the workmanship of PWHI's team. Once the permits were completed by Loudoun County they were able to do the work in a very timely manner finishing the deck in 2 weeks.”
