“Stayed for just a night - located right near all the shopping and 95. The rooms were clean, beds comfy and showers had good water pressure.

We tried the hot tub out… it was more like lukewarm tub and the water was murky. We turned on the bubbles and it got colder and more murky. I think the staff need to fix that.

Otherwise overall pleasant stay!”

“Well this has been an excellent experience discovering this place, ample parking place good breakfast free laundry you can buy the supplies from front desk office or use yours, I would highly appreciate Hannah who helped us book this place she was extremely courteous and kind showed us the rooms made our stay amazing smiling face greeting with kindness, she is the star of front desk office her customer service is great. I would highly recommend this place near to shopping area and good service.”

“This particular Comfort Suites is one of my favorites. From the layout of the property, to the fact that all suites are, in fact, very spacious 1 BR suites. Staff is always attentive and more than willing to attempt to accommodate every reasonable request. I will certainly return to this property.”

“After my recent trip toward DC to pick up my college girl from George Washington University, I knew I didn’t want to stay directly in the city. I ended up at the Best Western Potomac Mills and honestly? This is officially my new safe spot hotel when I’m in the area.
A lot of my followers know I had a really rough experience at another hotel recently, so finding a place where everything just felt easy and comfortable was such a relief. The front desk staff was incredibly sweet and welcoming from the moment I checked in. They even followed up to make sure my room was good, which I genuinely appreciated.
And let’s talk about the breakfast because WOW. Usually hotel breakfasts are just… there. This one was actually GOOD. The bacon was delicious, the eggs were great, and they even had a yogurt station where you could add toppings like pineapple, coconut, and blueberries. They also had grits and waffles, which made it feel way more thoughtful than the average continental breakfast.
The little towel birds on the beds were such a cute touch, the beds themselves were super comfortable, the fridge was actually a decent size, and the hot water? Endless. After long drives, that matters more than people realize.
Overall, I’m genuinely so happy with my stay here. Safe, clean, welcoming, comfortable, and stress-free. At this point, I can honestly say I’d choose Best Western over Hilton going forward. Keep up the great work — you’ve officially earned a repeat guest!”
