The guys in there offer amazing customer service. They are extremely knowledgeable about there stock and products.

“I had my bathroom done by Bath Fitter. They did a good job but I wanted to highlight the work of Robert Snook. I was having issues with the sliding door and Robert searched his vehicle for parts and could not find them. He stated he'd be back the next day with the necessary parts. The next morning, Robert called with the parts. He showed up, installed the parts which solved the problem. He also tightened up the drainage cover which I had not reported. He went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with their work. I would recommend them to anyone, especially Robert.”
“Our contractor Rafael treated our home like his own. He came by to check the tile job and made the tile man remove what did not meet Rafael's standards. He made sure it was done right and that all debris was cleaned up.
He then sent his painter to paint our rod iron railing. It looks spectacular.”

“We hired M3 to renovate our master bathroom. Al and crew completed what is now one of the coziest rooms in our home. They built out the exact design we had in mind. Had to stay connected day over day with construction but they were always accommodating of changes in details - tile orientation, baseboards, tub placement, outlets placement, etc. We had an issue with the heated floors but Al kept on it and we got it solved with the Ditra person's help. Thanks guys.”
