Amber, the bank teller was very friendly and helpful. She was able to communicate my concerns effectively and resolved my needs.

Peggy was helpful when I was there and pleasant. Left my card in pnc by accident but when I come back to pick it up. It must be cancelled per Elizabeth. She did not offer to lock or help in anyway other than be a roadblock and wait for new card. Way to make sure your branch can maximize charging for card replacement.
