Must have been my lucky day. I was a midday walk-in patient, prepared to wait for an opening. Thanks to a no-show, I was in and out within 30 min. The phlebotomist was personable and it was a successful draw. Still awaiting results a week later. Not sure what the norm is.

Marylyn was pleasant, professional and very efficient. My mother and I were called in to have blood drawn 5 minutes after appointment time (amazing), and both mom and I were out 10 minutes later. That after Marylyn escorted my 98 y/o mother to a seat in the waiting room. Above and beyond.
