“My daughter stopped for a oil change & tire rotation. She called me saying swing by for a few. I was in the area and I talked to Mr.Ronaldo. He took me to her car & showed me her front tire. It had a bubble about half the size of a golf ball. I told her you're about to have a blow out. A new tire was purchased along with a front end alignment. “We have been going to Caton’s, a family-owned business for over 25-years and with good reason, highly competent mechanics who will fix the problem the first time correctly.
This establishment is the epitome of old-school customer service who prioritize quality-of- work.
You will be treated fairly, and unlike some chains, they will not attempt to upsell you a service or part that is not needed. They will take the time to clearly explain the issue, repair options and provide a detailed quote.
All repairs are verified by the owner or his shop manager. We have never had to take a vehicle back because they failed to resolve the issue. On the one occasion a part failed (manufacturer defect), they replaced it immediately without question.
