“My vehicle had all four tires stolen while parked in a garage in Hoodbridge. I called DJ's and was quoted 1.5 hours for service due to other calls. No problem, I was waiting for Prince William County Police to take their leisurely time to show up anyway. DJ's arrived in 45 minutes, much faster than expected, assessed the situation and immediately summoned a second truck for assistance. Once PWCPD was finished, the process of getting the car off the ground and on a dolly commenced. The crew quickly and efficiently got the car off the ground while taking care and effort to minimize additional damage. They spoke to the location I was towing to and made sure they had the necessary arrangements to receive the car and put it on jacks. DJ's did a great job and actually helped brighten my day a bit with their compassion and care. They did not even ask for payment, as they have a relationship with the tow location and simply billed them, to be passed along to me and my insurance in one tidy package. Thanks!”

This company and group of mechanics have been straight forward, explained everything to include physically showing you the issue and asking your opinion on how you want them to move forward.
