roberto was amazing !! hassle-free, in & out of the shop in 15 mins with no stress !! he was so friendly, professional & efficient. went to multiple stores before this location, after having issue with the phone - this is the only place that didn't feel like we were being taken advantage of. thanks <3

Thank you so much Javaid!!!! Made the experience seamless, quick and no stress.
Had a trade in phone so I can get some money off of my new phone. I never got the email for the postage to mail it back to Verizon. Before you ask, yes I checked my spam. Yes I checked my deleted emails. I tried the Verizon app. I tried calling and I just couldn’t get anywhere. Said let me do a old school come to the store and it was so easy. Maybe I didn’t see it or maybe it’s not the usual practice but Verizon to make it an option to just drop it off at the store. It was so easy so quick just like doing an Amazon return at Kohl’s. And shout out again to the customer service.

Michael helped my wife and I trade in 2 S21's for 2 S25's. He patiently transferred all the data, apps and settings from the old to new phones and answered all our questions. All in all, an outstanding experience!

Since becoming a Verizon customer this is the worst Wireless Store that I’ve ever been associated with. The representatives aren’t on the same page. I rated it two stars because of the new decor..otherwise I would’ve rated it no stars.
It still has uncomfortable seating for those who are waiting.

I would like to share our recent experience, which was the worst customer service encounter my wife, and I have ever had. The representative we dealt with, Mr. Jossue displayed a bad attitude from the start. My wife was aware that she needed to pay off her phone before trading it in, but Jossue was unhelpful and made snide remarks such as, "You should have understood when you signed the contract three months ago." It was an agreement, not a contract, and there are better ways to communicate this. When my wife expressed her frustration, Jossue even falsely accused her of using profanity. I informed him that she didn't use any profanities towards him, but Jossue insinuated that I didn't hear her because I was standing too close to her. If that were true, he should have asked us to leave or called his manager over.
We decided to go to another Verizon store, and their service was fantastic. There were no problems, and they even laughed when we shared our story with them. I suggest avoiding the Corporate Verizon store for your visit.

I bought a Brand New IPhone 15 Pro Max but I only get LTE IN the entire Lakeridge Woodbridge & Stafford this entire strip of Northern Virginia and sometimes I don’t even get that and a lot of people I know ie more that 1000 people are going with the same issue we as a big community and in our community meeting everyone was complaining and we have decided to leave Verizon .

I met moar at This location he helped me with my plans and he dropped done the prices and he helped me transfer my dead form one phone to another phone I recommend that he should get a higher pay. He’s very good at his job. He is very polite and patient With his Customers.
