“In person banking is a challenge these days. Everyone is short on personnel. Banks don't let you use the restroom. Many are COVID paranoid. The problem is that some things must be done in person. I had such a situation today and was very pleasantly surprised when Xiomara Molina overcame all the hurdles to help me. Very professional, very helpful. It gives me hope that customer service is not totally dead.”
