“The people who work here will call you by name and they know what they're talking about or will ask someone who does (like if I have a question about which product is better or what I need to do.) It's a place where I have friendly neighbors who offer helpful suggestions and I can purchase what I need in the same place. The staff at this store are very honest and will tell me if I can get a better deal somewhere else because most of them know and use the same products. This isn't an ad, the Woodstock store staff are just top notch folk.”

“Went for a washer on sale that website said two were in stock at Harrisonburg location. Those two were display models , one with sale price , one with original price. Sales associate tried to convince me , despite exact same model # proof , they were not the same washer.
Asked about buying one of the display models and was told absolutely not. Had to drive all the way to Woodstock to get one at sale price in stock.
Woodstock associates were extremely helpful , went above and beyond in helping to load it in my jeep.”
