“Love this store but cashiers aren't friendly nor inviting. Its a shame, I explaining how getting my TS credit card was something special to me, I got a lot of plans to gift give from that store, but those women were snippy, like they didnt care either way. Whomp, whomp. Zonk!! They are there for sales and service. If that means to tell customers of the falls sales or just invite them to come back. This isn't the first time I visited that store in Woodstock Virginia, and overtime its the same empty relationship. Lack-luster and Zero character. At least invite me to the local fair and to buy a new shirt to wear it. But nothing, flat lifeless faces with monotone voices.”

“Absolutely fantastic experience at Do it Best Hardware — and their name definitely isn’t a misnomer! They really did it best. I had already tried Ace, Lowe’s, Home Depot, and Tractor Supply looking for a particular key, and nobody had what I needed. Do it Best was the only store that had it, and they made me three copies right on the spot. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the prices were very reasonable, and I was impressed by how well stocked the entire store was. It’s refreshing to find a hardware store that actually has what you’re looking for and provides great customer service at the same time. I’ll definitely be coming here first from now on instead of driving around to all the big-box stores. Highly recommend!”

“Went for a washer on sale that website said two were in stock at Harrisonburg location. Those two were display models , one with sale price , one with original price. Sales associate tried to convince me , despite exact same model # proof , they were not the same washer. Asked about buying one of the display models and was told absolutely not. Had to drive all the way to Woodstock to get one at sale price in stock. Woodstock associates were extremely helpful , went above and beyond in helping to load it in my jeep.”
