Comfort Suites is a highly recommended hotel noted for its very clean and well-maintained rooms and facility. Guests are consistently pleased with the great, good, and filling hot breakfast that exceeds expectations. The check-in process is fast and parking is easy and well-lit. Most staff are described as the best and very polite, though at times limited. The hotel is generally quiet, allowing for easy sleep, though some highway noise and noisy ice machines or A/C units are occasionally mentioned. A rare unusual smell in hallways has been noted. Overall, it is considered a great place to stop for the night.
Front desk staff were not real friendly which may have been due to them working on Christmas Eve. The staff on Christmas morning were very polite but they were limited due to being short staffed. The hallway and entrance had an unusual smell(like spoiled or carpet that had been wet.)
