I have only had trouble with a mix up on delivery dates once when I moved. I love our local lady that answers the phone, she's alway very kind and caring, and also love the delivery man, same one for me everytime. Apologies, im terrible about names or I would name them personally and give them a shout out.

I understand delays due to weather but this last delivery shut down my office for almost a month. To say this was an inconvenience is putting it mildly. Hoping for a better result in the future.

Delivery is Always with outstanding driver, but a bright red light and loud truck outside my bedroom window woke me and scared me to death. Never had one at 4 a.m. before.
