“I have only had trouble with a mix up on delivery dates once when I moved. I love our local lady that answers the phone, she's alway very kind and caring, and also love the delivery man, same one for me everytime. Apologies, im terrible about names or I would name them personally and give them a shout out.”

“Absolute craziness trying to get a tech out to my home. Took vacation time to be home and had to call the office myself only to find out the tech got caught up at another jobsite. Aside from that mess, Amber and everyone else that I spoke with for that matter were EXTREMELY polite and she got me a fairly quick reschedule. Thanks Amber!”
