“I just want to thank the Team at O’Reilly’s Auto Parts in Gloucester Point. I ran into a problem with my AC. I thought I need a recharge. I have in the gotten good advice in the past from other O’Reilly Stores. But my experience at the Gloucester Point location surpasses any from before. I spoke to Ted and he suggested checking my air filter behind mine glove department. With the help of Alan, Ray and (Store Mgr) Ted by replacing the air filter fixed the problem. Not only did Alan help me take over the filter but put a new one in and button up my dashboard. If I could give you more Star I would. I really appreciate great Customer Service. Being a Retail Big Box Store Manager of 35 years I, can appreciate a great team. Yes keep up the great job with your team and customers. I am in heaven blowing ice cold air.
